Summit (operated by LTKV LLC) provides AI voice agent services for home service businesses. Our services include AI-powered call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, SMS confirmation messaging, and scheduling software integration.
Use of Summit's services by business clients is governed by a separate Client Service Agreement. These Terms and Conditions apply to website visitors and prospective clients. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Client Service Agreement, the Client Service Agreement governs.
Summit operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers of our home service business clients. By providing a phone number during a call handled by our AI voice agent you consent to receive SMS messages related to your appointment.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS messages reply STOP to any message. To get help reply HELP or contact us at troy@getsummitops.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
All content on getsummitops.ai including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of LTKV LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Summit's website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law LTKV LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for our services in the three months preceding the claim.
Summit offers a 10 additional booked jobs in 30 days performance guarantee subject to the terms defined in the Client Service Agreement. This guarantee applies only to clients who have signed a Client Service Agreement and maintained active call forwarding throughout the guarantee period.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LTKV LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
